James: Deepening Surrender

Deepening surrender to Jesus – Discipleship is a lifelong process of deepening surrender to Jesus.

Trusting God through trials – Trials are not meaningless; God uses them to test and strengthen our faith.

Perseverance in faith – Followers of Jesus are called to endure faithfully and stand firm when life is difficult.

Jesus over our attachments – True surrender means releasing our dependence on health, success, relationships, possessions, and other good things so that Jesus remains our greatest treasure.

God is enough and rewards faithfulness – Even when circumstances are hard, believers can trust that God is sufficient, faithful, and has promised the crown of life to those who persever
